A split trunk leaning over a cottage roof on West Lake Rd is the call we get most weeks, and it's never simple. Those properties leave you no room — the house sits low against the slope, and there's nowhere to drop a stick. So we set the crane on the road side and pick the wood out over the roof. Costs more setup time. It's the only sane way to do it.
Inland it gets easier. Out toward the Bristol Hills the lots open up, though exposed ridge-line trees tend to fail at the union rather than the base. Main St is wide enough that parked cars, not traffic, are the downtown problem. Summer CMAC nights we plan around Rt 364 entirely.

Can you get equipment to a cottage on East Lake Rd?
Usually yes, but from the road, not the yard. We look at overhead lines, shoulder width and where the crane outriggers can sit before we quote anything.
Do you handle stumps on a slope?
We do. Steep ground limits how close the grinder gets, so sometimes it's a smaller machine and more passes.
